Back beneath the surface at Adventuremine, Tuna-Hästberg, Sweden. This dive follows the well-known Östra–Västra route through the submerged mine — passing the massive elevator shafts, old ore chutes, the electrical room, Lamp Cache, the workbench and other remains from the mine’s industrial past. Diving on a closed-circuit rebreather makes the experience almost completely silent. With only our lights cutting through the darkness, the old tunnels, machinery and vertical shafts slowly emerge from the black. This film is less about depth and more about the atmosphere of exploring a place that was never meant to be underwater.
