Manyo Patches: Day Three

Hey yall. I completed the three day challenge I gave myself to consistently use the Manyo Dark Spot patches 🎉. The struggle has been real to maintain any sense of consistency with my skincare routine, posting content, and working out (i'll show yall my workout calendar). I put all of my energy into work and any extra things added to my list had to be for someone else other than me or it wasnt getting done. I will be thirty-five in few days and I'm realizing that prioritizing yourself in a healthy way is ok and isn't selfish #skincare #skincareroutine #skin #manyo
