Hoop Tutorial: Lift Off | Basic Beezy

Basic Beezy is back with an essential move in the hoop dance world, the lift off. Watch until the end where I demo the move that took me 3 months to learn when I first started hooping. I bet you'll get this in like a day tho! Tag #hoopu #hooptown so I can follow your journey. Be patient and remember, you're not basic, just the moves are ;) xoxo, @misslululam Hooptown Hotties: IG: @hooptownhotties Facebook:   / hooptownhotties   www.hooptownhotties.com Music: Ookay & Fox Stevenson- Lighthouse monstercat.com
