Whales, Near Disaster & a $220 Locksmith 😭 | VanLife Australia

Whales, spectacular coastal camping, a near disaster in the ocean, broken van electrics, spiders, getting sick, locking myself out of my van… and a $220 locksmith bill. 😂 After two weeks camping at Warroora on the Ningaloo Coast, it was time to leave paradise and make my way back to Perth before flying to Tonga. But naturally, things didn't exactly go according to plan. I spend some time whale watching from my campsite at Lagoon, find some spectacular campsites, and talk about the terrifying snorkeling incident that left me calling for help after I couldn't make it back to shore. Then the van-life chaos begins: my Starlink USB-C cable dies, my bonnet release cable snaps, I toast my 12V socket, encounter an impressive number of glowing spider eyes, and eventually lock myself out of the van and have to pay a locksmith $220. 🤦‍♀️ There are also dolphins, whales, free shower, an unexpected act of karma, an alpaca farm, and finally… Perth!
