Faith in Jesus in the Face of Hopelessness Part 2

Speaker: Dr. Drew DiNardo Series: Mark Date: October 13, 2026 Bible: Mark 5:35-43 The sermon explores the resurrection of Jairus' daughter to demonstrate that God's timing often confounds human understanding while serving to deepen faith. It highlights Jesus' command to "do not fear, only believe" as a counter to despair, illustrating that divine delays are not neglect but opportunities for spiritual growth. The text emphasizes that Christ's power extends over death itself, offering hope to believers who face loss or skepticism. By connecting the physical resurrection to the spiritual awakening of souls, the message encourages trust in Jesus' sovereignty over both present trials and the final victory over the grave. https://www.sermonaudio.com/sermons/1...
