The Royal Knights - You should have told me

Absolutely marvelous R&B released on Radio City in 1965. A shout out to the lead vocalist who really sings his heart out! The Royal Knights were more known as The New Yorkers and recorded a number of 45s in Los Angeles in the mid 60s. The members were Roosevelt Grier, Douglas Brown and Jimmy Gresham, the latter who also wrote and produced this 45. The flip is a deep soul ballad titled There’s going to be a wedding. I was lucky to find this 45 in one of the local record shops here in Stockholm a while back. #45rpm #rarerecords #rhythmandblues #rnb #soul #popcorn #northernsoul
