Chivalry 2 Gameplay — Two-Handed Hammer is a Beast!

Today’s Chivalry 2 gameplay video features the two-handed hammer on the new Chivalry 2 map The Breach of Baudwyn. As I’ve said before, the Breach of Baudwyn is probably my favorite new map added in the Chivalry 2 Tenosian update. Front-on wall assaults are always exciting. That’s what made the start of Rudhelm always great and in movies we get scenes like the Battle of Helms Deep that never gets old. This time around I’m on the attacking team and the defenders are dug in pretty seriously. As you can tell by the length of the video, we don’t make it to the end, but it was a good fight nonetheless. In Chivalry 2 the Two-Handed Hammer is an excellent assist weapon. What I mean by this is that it’s great at reaching in between teammates to finish off or further wound an enemy player. It is long and cumbersome sonfighting 1v1 isn’t ideal, so you’ll be able to really take advantage of the weapon’s range and heavy-armor boost (as a blunt weapon) if you stick with your team.
