📖 Key F&B Service Vocabulary (A2 Level):
Progressively: Doing something step-by-step over time. In a restaurant, waiters clear tables progressively (removing a few plates at a time as guests finish) rather than letting a huge, ugly pile of dirty dishes build up.
Scrape: To push leftover food scraps off a plate using a knife or fork. Waiters scrape the food onto one "base plate" so it is easy to carry a stack of dirty plates back to the kitchen.
Farewell: The act of saying a polite, warm goodbye to someone who is leaving. A perfect farewell is the guest's last memory of the restaurant and makes them want to return!
❓ POP QUIZ: TEST YOUR LISTENING!

B) They put them together in the center of the plate
C) They put them in their empty glass
