Time Crisis 2 netplay on two networked computers (not iLink)

Proof of concept using Sinden Lightguns (will try to make it work with Gun4IR too) using a netplay version of PCSX2 v1.6 (SRKade) and reshade. First time ever 2 players on 2 computers can play using their own full screen! This should work with Time Crisis 3 too! This will be released after some testing and improvements, please be patient.
