Delaware River Smallmouth- Too Big for the Net

Back to the Delaware River for the first time in a while. I tried to go last week but the water levels post flood were still too high and fast. This video was Sunday 10/3/21 the water level was much better, gauge height 2.5 feet at the New Hope bridge, still high as the bridge foot pilings were still almost fully submerged. I caught 5 fish but only got 3 on camera. They were tight to the bank and cover in this high slightly dirty water. Not very much action today, but the last fish was probably my PB , I have not had a fish that spanned greater than the length of the net before and that fish was almost double the largest size fish I have caught in this area in the past.
