I made a DIY wall/stationary vacuum with a 50-ft hose using my 12-gallon "6-HP" wet/dry vac. I originally got this vacuum on a slickdeal at Ace for $45 (currently $115!!!) so it made sense to do this. The actual Bissell Garage Pro used to be $180 but now is jacked up to $225, so not worth it to me. The 50-ft hose with attachments from Centec was $60 though. When you get reducers and fittings for you vacuum, pay attention to the inner and outer diameters, this is very important, millimeters makes a difference in fit.
