Urdu Hindi Catholic Mass Readings Today | October 17, 2026 | Trust in the Holy Spirit | आज की इंजील

Welcome to Father James Shamaun Production for today's Urdu & Hindi Catholic Mass Readings for Saturday, October 17, 2026 – Memorial of Saint Ignatius of Antioch, Bishop and Martyr. Today's Catholic Mass Readings: First Reading: Ephesians 1:15–23 Responsorial Psalm: Psalm 8:2–3ab, 4–5, 6–7 Holy Gospel: Luke 12:8–12 In the First Reading, Saint Paul offers a beautiful prayer for wisdom, faith, and spiritual understanding. He reminds us that God has called us to a glorious hope through Jesus Christ, whose power is greater than every earthly authority. Even when we face uncertainty or difficulties, we can trust that the risen Lord is guiding our lives and strengthening us through His grace. The Responsorial Psalm invites us to praise the majesty of God, who created the heavens and entrusted humanity with dignity and responsibility. Although we may feel small in this vast world, God has crowned us with honor and cares deeply for each of us. His love reminds us that every human life is precious and has a purpose in His divine plan. In today's Gospel, Jesus encourages His disciples to acknowledge Him courageously before others. He assures them that the Holy Spirit will teach them what to say when they face opposition or persecution. These words remind us that we are never alone when we stand for our faith. Even during moments of fear, criticism, or suffering, God's Spirit gives us wisdom, courage, and strength to remain faithful to Christ. As we celebrate the Memorial of Saint Ignatius of Antioch, who courageously witnessed to Christ through martyrdom, may his example inspire us to remain steadfast in faith and trust in the guidance of the Holy Spirit. May Almighty God strengthen our faith, fill our hearts with courage, and guide us through every challenge. May He bless you and your family with good health, protection, peace, and abundant grace.
