Nattadavu 1 to 8 in 4 speeds | Practice with Vithya Arasu | Bharatanatyam Adavus

I have done the 8th Nattadavu is 3 speeds only. In 4th speed, its hard to sit into muzhumandi and come up to araimandi . It is also not good to try it in 4th speed without proper posture so i have kept it only for 3 speeds. I hope you will find this video useful. Pkease do like, share and subscribe for more updates.
