Part 2 Transform a Plastic Halloween Skull with Foam Clay - Painting, Sealing & Applying Hair

In this 2nd segment of transforming a cheap plastic skull with foam clay, we paint, seal it from moisture, and apply hair. I'm making this a Crypt Keeper head for a bust but you can make any kind of head that you'd like. Tools & materials: acrylic paint, latex paint/primer (optional), paint brushes, can of spar urethane for sealing from moisture or a can of matte polyurethane to seal it for indoor use, horse hair (optional), or wig hair.
