One of the most recognizable characters in Star Wars and one of the scariest to create. This print has been sitting in my garage printed for over 2 years. I finally got the courage to finish him. Using new techniques I got from ‪@TheLastLayer111‬ I was ready to tackle. My process was light sand and then glazing putty and more sanding for all the seams and rough spots. Then I used automotive filler primer to do the rest. After some wet sanding to 400 grit it was ready for a single stage black glossy automotive paint. This was my first time using this so it was a bit rough. I went on way to wet causing micro bubbles (lesson learned). After that dried I used Alcad chrome (10 bottles) to get the chrome finish. I had an auto paints shop mix me up a gold clear tint that I could apply over the chrome. After that it was 2k clear and then some weathering. I know I am missing some parts but they are coming to get him 100% done. Files: https://www.thingiverse.com/jesse_m/d... Printer: https://us.store.bambulab.com/product...
