Pros: -Very good customer service at front desk -Modern, new, and clean rooms and facilities -Areas in lobby to work and be productive including meeting tables, private meeting rooms, and modern phone booths -Great location right along the 16th St. Mall Cons: -With over 1000 rooms there’s not very much personalized service -I found the pillows uncomfortable -$25 destination fee per night (include a $25 food credit) Pricing: The average nightly price for a standard room: $300-$600 The average number of Marriott Bonvoy points required per night: 31,000- 45,000 I recommend using points to stay at this property as the Value is close to a penny per point MARRIOTT BONVOY ELITE MEMBER BENEFITS For Platinum, Titanium, Ambassador : -Welcome gift of 1,000 bonus points or gift of tubler or flask for platinum and Titanium, and Yety mug for ambassador -Club lounge access.
