New Costco Norwich

Sunday 13th September 2026 and Norwich will soon have a Costco store... As you can see this development East side of norwich is fast taking shape and with it a new fuel station.. I cant help thinking how much of an impact this will have on Macro and Sainsburys, also how much more traffic this will bring in... What are your thoughts on this?
