Classic 350 or Bullet 500, Modern Retro or Last of the Original?

This video was previously split into four separate videos and was far too long at over 1.5 hours. I've combined the four into one, removing a lot of superfluous footage and waffle. I take a trip to Mitchells Motorcycles in Inverness to test ride a Royal Enfield Bullet 500 EFI, and get more than I expected!
