Nakitaan ng “red flags” ng National Bureau of Investigation ang nasa 47 flood control projects sa Davao City 1st District na distrito ni Rep. Paolo Duterte. Ayon kay NBI Director Melvin Matibag, iisang contractor lang umano ang nakakakuha ng mga proyekto sa lugar.
