Kaydee is no longer simply appearing near Shadow — she has begun visiting the nest on her own, rearranging sticks, exploring the space, and then returning to his side. Shadow still keeps his boundaries. Sometimes he moves away. Sometimes he pushes back. But just as importantly… he keeps returning. They have shared the nest. Worked around the same branches. Exchanged calls. Spent quiet mornings near one another. And even after moments of tension, they continue finding their way back into the same space.
