Especially the cleaning process in the food industry is challenging, due to its high demands to the cleaning quality, the water consumption, and the process time. Usually two avenues are followed. Either the facility is cleaned in place (cleaning in place, CIP) and/or manually cleaned. For both systems dynamic systems can fruitfully be employed.
