Drawing from Hebrews 2:18, Apostle Isaiah Mbuga teaches that because Jesus Himself endured temptation and suffering, He is uniquely qualified to strengthen and support us during our own trials. God's help does not always remove hardship immediately; instead, it sustains us through it, nurturing the faith built on mountaintop experiences to prepare us for the valleys — as echoed in Psalm 23:4.
Apostle Mbuga emphasizes that God tests us not to destroy, but to refine and strengthen us — in contrast to Satan, whose intent is to harm. Even in times of opposition or when we feel abandoned, God’s presence remains unwavering. As 2 Corinthians 4:8–9 reminds us: “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.”
God’s deliverance is complete (Hebrews 7:25) and available to all who come to Him through Jesus Christ. Apostle Mbuga urges believers to trust in God’s timing and power, stay steadfast in faith, and anticipate testimonies of victory.
