Weekly Vlog: Luxury Penthouses, Niagara Falls & Girls' Day Out | TahrifaTheDreamer

A little bit of everything lately dreamers!!! 🥂🏡🍂 We're back from our cross-country road trip, but apparently I wasn't ready to sit still because we're off on another little adventure to Niagara Falls! In between, life has been VERY full. We're touring gorgeous luxury properties in Philly, including the penthouse at The Battery and the new construction condos at 600 Fairmount Ave, making our own flower bouquets at an open house, and squeezing in brunches, happy hours, dinners and sunset walks whenever we can. One of my favorite parts of this vlog is hosting my second She Owns It homebuyer workshop! We set everything up, welcomed our ladies, and spent time creating a space for women to learn about homeownership and take steps toward their goals. Seeing this idea grow into something real has been so special to me. 🥹 There's plenty of realtor life behind the scenes, too. Co-working with my team, a Realtor Brunch & Learn at the Four Seasons Philadelphia, showings with my out of town buyer, and setting up a new rental listing so you can come along for the walkthrough. We're also celebrating Mexican Independence at a beautiful Mexican restaurant, shopping at a Mexican food market, and trying mole chicken for the first time! Plus, a few Philly favorites, including Picnic, One Shot Cafe, a Vietnamese cafe, and Front Street Cafe, before we wrap things up with golden-hour walks at Valley Forge National Historical Park and a little fall photoshoot. Luxury real estate, little adventures, good food, girls' events, and building a life and career I'm proud of. Come spend a few weeks with me in Philadelphia and beyond. 🤍 If you're into Philly lifestyle vlogs, luxury home tours, behind-the-scenes realtor life, travel adventures, and watching a young woman build her dream life, you're in the right place!
