Kristin Bower joins us for a candid conversation about mental health at work, and why hearing “everything’s great” from your team doesn’t always mean everything is great. We explore how leaders can open the door to honest conversations, respond with compassion while maintaining healthy boundaries, and better support team members who may be struggling. We also discuss the pressures leaders carry themselves, and why supporting a team’s well-being must include looking after their own. Kristin shares practical resources for leaders and organizations seeking to create workplaces where people feel safe, supported and able to speak honestly.
