Orwellian in Nature (Orwell [9] Microtonal Lament)

I wrote this piece a while ago, it's the first thing I've written in Orwell [9], a microtonal scale that I am a particular fan of. Orwell [9] has gotta be one of my favorite microtonal scales alongside Mavila [7]. I believe this one uses the subset of 53edo, so it's not exactly the trademark 19 steps 84edo.
