Dispersion of Light Through a Prism | CBSE Class 10 Science | CBSE | NCERT | AASOKA AASOKA presents a video where you will learn about the dispersion of light. The separation of visible light into its different colors is known as dispersion. 1. The phenomenon of splitting white light into its constituent colours through a prism is known as the dispersion of light, and the band of constituent colours is known as a spectrum. 3. The formation of a rainbow and a beautiful band of colours observed in water fountains, soap bubbles, CDs, etc. are all due to the dispersion of light.
