Vintage 1968 Hoover Junior 1334E

Well what can I say about this one? It's gorgeous! you can't get much more basic than a Hoover Junior but they're still fantastic. This particular one is from 1968 in the fetching colour scheme of swedish green and smoked pine. This style of Junior replaced the 1224 model in 1958, the original colour scheme being rose pink and white. It lasted until the introduction of the 1346 in 1967. 1000's of british homes were cleaned with a Hoover Junior, no doubt many still are. There was a reason for that, reliability, ease of use, ease of maintenance and effective cleaning. You can hear the bits of rice that the 80s Goblin cylinders failed to pick up hitting the fan making that unique 'chink chink' sound.
