Budapest Championship – Title Defense | 90 kg 🥊🏆

Budapest Championship – Title Defense | 90 kg 🥊🏆 At the Budapest Boxing Championship, I stepped into the ring to defend my title in the 90 kg category against a strong opponent, Zoltán Szedlák. Zoltán is a southpaw with a long reach and heavy hands. Although I've faced southpaws before, his reach and punching power made it challenging to close the distance and find the right openings. He did a good job keeping his distance rather than engaging, so I had to work to manage the range and find my opportunities. Personally, I felt my punches had more impact and that I had control of the ring overall. After three rounds, the fight went to a split decision in my favor, allowing me to successfully defend my title and bring home the victory. 🥇 Much respect to Zoltán Szedlák. We sparred once about a year ago, and I could see how much he has improved since then. He came prepared, hit hard, and gave me a tough fight. Congratulations, Zoltán, and thank you for sharing the ring with me! 🥊🤝 A special thank you to Aron for being in my corner. Having you there meant a lot to me. I'm also grateful to everyone who came to watch, sent kind messages, prayed for me, and supported me throughout the tournament. Your support means more than you know. Congratulations to my brothers Isaac and Andris, who also competed and became champions! Nothing but love and respect. 🏆 Every fight is another opportunity to learn, improve, and keep pushing forward. The journey continues. 💪 All glory to Jesus Christ. ✝️🙏 📲 Follow the journey on Instagram: @steph_nov #Boxing #BudapestChampionship #BudapestBoxing #BEAC #AmateurBoxing #90kg #TitleDefense #SplitDecision #FightHighlights #BoxingJourney #CombatSports
