Sa October 19, 2026 referendum sa Alberta, isa sa mga tanong ay kung dapat bang magbayad ng reasonable fees ang certain non-permanent residents para sa public education at healthcare. Paano maaapektuhan ang mga Filipino families, temporary foreign workers (TFW), international students, at work permit holders sa Canada?
