Fall Asleep to the Fifteen Songs of Degrees | Psalms 120 to 134 | King James Bible with Rain

The fifteen Songs of Degrees in the King James words, read slowly and repeated through the night. Rain throughout. Three hours and six minutes. The King James Bible is the English translation first printed in 1611. It is the version most people recognise by its older English: thee, thou, and the older verb endings. Some editions print KJV on the spine; this is that text. WHAT IS IN THIS TRACK Psalms 120 to 134 read whole. Then fifteen clauses taken one at a time, each with a short note on the psalm it came from. Then the lines that speak of keeping watch. Then the psalms return in cycle for the rest of the night, with the silence between them growing longer. WHAT IS NOT IN IT No teaching and no sermon. Nothing is asked of the listener, and nothing is explained about the listener. No guided prayer, no breathing instructions, no music with a melody. Voice: male. Translation: King James Version (KJV), 1611. Ambience: rain, continuous, no music.
