Part 2 of my Rolwaling adventure is finally here — a journey deeper into the wild, where the trail narrows but the experience expands beyond words. We began this segment from Thangdingma, following a path that slowly revealed the raw beauty of the Himalayas. With every step, the mountains felt closer, quieter, and more powerful. By midday, we reached Beding, where we paused for lunch — a small but meaningful moment of rest surrounded by towering peaks and the rhythm of village life. That night, we stayed in Na Village, a place that feels like the edge of the known world. The next morning, we set out early toward the breathtaking Tshorolpa Glacial Lake. Tshorolpa is not just a destination — it’s an emotion carved in ice and time. The lake rests like a mirror of the sky, holding within it centuries of silence, whispers of shifting glaciers, and the quiet power of nature. The wind carries stories across its frozen surface, and for a moment, everything stands still — as if the mountains themselves are watching. After taking in its beauty, we returned to Na Village and pushed further down to Simi Gaun the same day — a long but deeply rewarding journey. On the fifth day, we wrapped up the trek with a jeep ride back, carrying memories far heavier than our backpacks.
