County Wrote Off 420 Acres of Thistle—Until a Single Mom's Bison Turned It Into $64 Million

In this rural life story, a whole county laughs when a single mom leases 420 acres of thistle everyone calls dead ground, with nothing but 31 bison to fix it. Delia Pruitt has about a year before her debt costs the herd its last pasture, and a lease that lets the county take everything if she misses one target. Then, on the highest ridge, she notices long straight mounds under the weeds that no wild land ever grows on its own. What follows is a small farm versus corporation fight, and a single mom building a farm out of land nobody wanted. #RuralLifeStories #SingleMomFarm #SavingTheFarm #UnderdogFarm #Storytime
