Hi everyone 🤍 Soft Oatmeal S’more Prune, Walnut & Chocolate Cookies 🍪 This recipe makes 9 cookies Thanks for watching my video, please like🙏 the video and subscribe to my channel ❤️ I hope you like it, Thank You ☺️ Dough 1/2 cup (120 g) unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp (107 g) brown sugar 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp (50 g) granulated sugar 1/4 cup (50 g) 1 large egg(or 2 small) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 cups (155 g) all-purpose flour 1 3/4 cups (159 g) rolled oats 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2/3 cup (100 g) prune, chopped 1 cup (100 g) walnuts, roughly chopped 3/4 cup (100 g) chocolate, chopped or chocolate chips Bake at 356F(180C) for 10-13 minutes
