4k Dash Cam - Driving Into Downtown Waukegan Illinois Summer 2022

On a hot Early Summer evening in June of 2022. A small part of a long drive I'll be posting many more videos from. This entire area (see all videos of Waukegan, North Chicago etc) seems to be a little more quiet and decayed then the last time I drove through it about 3 years ago. Lots of empty and decaying property throughout these videos even though many areas remain quite vibrant and busy.
