The Climb Every Texan Should Make Twice | Enchanted Rock Dark Sky Camp & Sunrise Summit

Welcome back to The Glamping Girls. 🏕️✨ There are places that change you. Enchanted Rock is one of them. I camped solo at the base of one of the most iconic geological wonders in Texas — a massive pink granite dome rising out of the Texas Hill Country — and what followed was one of the most stunning nights and mornings of my entire life. Enchanted Rock is a certified Dark Sky Preserve. When the sun goes down, the sky above this place does something that will stop you cold. I set up a timelapse and let the stars do the talking. You need to see it. Then I woke up before dawn, laced up, and hit the Summit Trail to catch the sunrise from the top. Worth. Every. Step. And then I kept going — Echo Canyon Trail, the Loop Trail, the whole thing. Because once you’re up there, you don’t want to leave. This is the climb every Texan should make. Twice.
