Jesus Christ Superstar – UPeCe Bratislava, 2026 Nekomerčný komunitno-umelecký projekt vznikol pod záštitou Univerzitného pastoračného centra sv. Jozefa Freinademetza v Bratislave. Spojil študentov a absolventov umeleckých škôl, profesionálnych i amatérskych hercov, spevákov, hudobníkov, tanečníkov a dobrovoľníkov UPeCe. Naša interpretácia sa nesnaží podať kompletnú teológiu kresťanstva. Zaujíma nás predovšetkým živá viera uprostred surového, neuprataného a autentického života. Ježiš v evanjeliách neprichádza iba k „bezproblémovým“, ale k ľuďom so slabosťou, vinou, pochybnosťami a hladom po zmysle. Preto sa náš príbeh odohráva v undergroundovom prostredí mladých ľudí, ktorí sa rozhodnú rozprávať príbeh o Kristovi vlastným jazykom – bez zlatých rámov a náboženských klišé, medzi garážami, betónom a ľuďmi, ktorí stále hľadajú. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jesus Christ Superstar – UPeCe Bratislava, 2026 This non-commercial community arts project was created under the auspices of the St. Joseph Freinademetz University Pastoral Center in Bratislava. It brought together students and graduates of arts schools, professional and amateur actors, singers, musicians, dancers, and UPeCe volunteers. Our interpretation does not attempt to present a complete theology of Christianity. What interests us most is a living faith found in the midst of raw, imperfect, and authentic life. In the Gospels, Jesus does not come only to those who seem to have everything together, but to people marked by weakness, guilt, doubt, and a deep hunger for meaning. That is why our story unfolds within the underground world of young people who choose to tell the story of Christ in their own language — without golden frames or religious clichés, among garages, concrete walls, and people who are still searching.
