LYRICS Glasgow sky in the summer light Sentimental scene Cathedral street out on a Tuesday night I was just nineteen Bars and bruises Brand new shoes Never heard of Monday blues Young and wild And that inner child is Still alive with you Tonight take my hand Who cares about tomorrow We’re living for the night So let’s fly A thousand miles in a clapped out car Living in a dream Strip the willow with electric guitar dreaming of Tiree We got West coast sessions, no concessions We’ll never change I’ll always be Young and wild that, inner child Is still alive in me Tonight it’s you and I Who cares about tomorrow We’re living for the night Yeah let’s fly Glasgow sky in the summer light Shimmers in your eyes I’ll write my number in the palm of your hand Now honey hold on tight Tonight it’s you and I Who cares about tomorrow We’re living for the night So let’s fly Yeah let’s fly
