Toronto Police Pipe Band's MSR performance from the 2022 North American Bagpipe Championships which took place on Saturday July 30, 2022 in Maxville, Ontario. MSR starts immediately at the video's start. They were the first performance and I had only arrived at the circle moments earlier. The grade 2 band is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
