RAF CEO welcomes ruling dismissing his jailing

Road Accident Fund CEO Collins Letswalo has welcomed the North Gauteng High Court ruling which dismissed an application to have him jailed for the scheme's outstanding payments. The applicants say over R2 million in interest is outstanding and proposed coercive imprisonment. Letsoalo says the fund has had financial problems for a long time.
