Pancake
• 6.3 oz (180 g) napa cabbage, sliced
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 4 large eggs
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon grated garlic
• 2 teaspoons ground sesame seeds
• 1 teaspoon chili oil
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
1. Cut the napa cabbage into 2-inch (5 cm) lengths, then slice into thin strips.
2. Place the cabbage in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and flour, and toss well to coat evenly.
3. Lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
4. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in half of the beaten eggs. Arrange the cabbage mixture evenly on top, then pour the remaining eggs over everything.
5. Flip carefully and press down gently with a spatula. Cook thoroughly on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
7. Mix all dipping sauce ingredients together and serve alongside the pancake.
