Seattle Daily Vlog — Pumpkin Pancakes, Cherry Blossoms & Sunset at the Space Needle PREVIOUS EPISODE —   • You won't believe this island exists near ...   FULL PLAYLIST —    • USA Vlogs   Welcome back to the Seattle vlog series! This one captures a proper coffee shops, spontaneous sunny walks, the city's best brunch spots, and one of those rare Seattle weekends where the weather actually delivers. The episode opens with a quiet Monday back in the city after a weekend on the islands, pulling out an old pumpkin pancake recipe and getting back into a slower rhythm at home. Then the sun comes out and things pick up quickly. We check out Fulcrum, a specialty coffee shop worth finding, before heading to Fat Hen for an off-peak brunch that turned out to be one of the cuter spots in the city. The shakshuka was a highlight, the cappuccino less so (order the latte, trust us). The vibe is cozy neighborhood restaurant with a lot of wood, good light, and the rare feeling of being somewhere that doesn't feel like Seattle at all. The weekend gets even better from there. A walk through Green Lake Park turns into a cherry blossom hunt, which turns into discovering a magnolia tree in full bloom. Then, a last-minute decision to head up the Space Needle at golden hour. The tip: go for sunset and stay late. Once the crowds clear, you get the mountains, the lights, and the whole city to yourself. A good one for anyone wondering what a sunny Seattle weekend actually looks like. 📍 CHAPTERS 00:00 — Monday Reset & Pumpkin Pancakes 00:50 — Fulcrum Coffee 01:50 — Brunch at Fat Hen 03:50 — Brunch at Rockcreek 05:05 — Green Lake Park & Cherry Blossoms 07:35 — Space Needle Sunset 💬 Have you been to Fat Hen or found your own hidden brunch spot in Seattle?
