Black Belt Class Summary from January 16, 2021 at the Jukido Academy in Palm Coast, FL This class focused on utilizing on traditional redirection & hikite (pulling arm) as an armdrag, tai-otoshi, karate kihon combinations, sanbon kumite, body conditioning, atemi waza, reflex development in blocking, and more. Class was dedicated to Mr. John Sanfilippo - one of our black belts battling (and beating) COVID-19 in the hospital.
