How to use Fiji (ImageJ) for basic image analysis

This video provides an overview on how to how to use Fiji (previously known as ImageJ) for basic image analysis. Conducting a size calibration, conducting a linear size measurement and creating a scale bar are included in this quick guide. This video comprises part of my student laboratory basics tutorial series, and aims to help students learn how to use new equipment within my general lab.
