Episode 1: The Wrong Way Fast | Mentor Me Wayne™ Podcast

Working hard and still going nowhere? That was me for two years. In this first episode, I tell the story of how a network engineer and Marine ran into real estate during the 2008 crash, produced less than part-time agents for two straight years, and finally turned it around after a mentor asked one simple question: "Who's your client?" It wasn't an effort problem. It was a direction problem. This episode introduces the True North Method and the four bearings we'll work through this season. ━━━━━━━━━━ 🎧 Mentor Me Wayne™ Podcast and free worksheets: https://mentormewayne.substack.com 📘 True North (the book): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0H6BR4NNX 🌐 https://mentormewayne.com Direction beats speed.
