Because from an epistemological perspective, Claude distinguishes between: • What it knows. • What it does not know. • What it can infer. Many systems would simply hallucinate and claim to have analysed the audio. Claude does not. Instead, it creates a substitute process. It reads the textual description (analog synths, sequencers, tape, steady, no interruptions) and builds an internal abstraction of what such a piece might sound like.
