New technology helps paralyzed patients move

A new technology developed by a group of scientists at Northwell Health has allowed patients suffering from paralysis to move limbs with the help of neural implants. The chips allow for a brain-computer interface which relinks the patient's brain, body and spinal cord. NBC News' Sam Brock reports on the cutting edge innovation.
