How to make a OTT sweet lolita coordinate

Lolita is a fun and creative fashion that can be done in many different ways. Sweet OTT style can seem a bit overwhelming at first but it is not that hard to put a good coord together. It has the same basics as a sweet lolita coord, just a lot more accessories.
