Building the Infrastructure of the New World with Rick Broider
This week I sat down with Rick Broider, a regenerative systems architect and a new partner of Movement Maker, to ask the question a lot of us are dancing around right now…why do so many purpose-led projects, the ones built on real vision and real heart, still fall apart. Not because the mission wasn’t true, but more often than not because nobody built the container strong enough to hold it. Together, we discuss the handful of predictable ways even the most devoted communities and movements come undone and what to do about it.
We also get into where artificial intelligence fits into all of this, and it’s not the conversation you’d expect. Rick makes a case for AI as something we co-steward rather than fear or worship, freeing us up to get back to the things only humans can do which is ritual, story, and building real relationships…a.k.a pioneering community-led movements!

Rick Broider Bio:
Rick Broider is the founder of Saberra, an organizational intelligence system built around human-reviewed AI memory. Saberra helps purpose-led teams preserve decisions, roles, risks, commitments, and context so the organization does not depend on one founder’s brain or scattered meeting notes to remember itself.
Rick’s work bridges regenerative systems design, AI, governance, organizational memory, and practical implementation. He is also the author of Bridging Earth and Kanaria, a framework for moving from extractive systems into more regenerative ways of living, leading, building, and organizing.
His current work focuses on why purpose-led movements, regenerative projects, and mission-driven organizations often collapse after awakening something real, and how memory, governance, power, accountability, and AI can help them grow without losing their soul.
