Harvey’s Theme (A Smitty Remix) [An Unused ThomToys Universe Arrangement]

Unused ThomToys Universe themes (well, unused unless the game gets revived and gets to the point where the themes are needed) have 3 different reasons for why they are “unused”. They are; 1.) The engines models were built but not rigged on time before everything went kaput, 2.) the models were never finished in building stage, and 3.) I just wanted to make the theme for fun. With that being said, Harvey’s theme being unused ingame is a result of the first reason…somewhat. Harvey’s model was first built by LazyDays, a dev for a bit of time on the team. It looked really good and I believe it also had faces made. Unfortunately, I believe that when it came time to rig the crane, no one particularly cared to do that immediately, and it was put off. After a while, Lazy left the dev team and I think plans were made to make a new Harvey. This all happened a while back, so I might have some of the info wrong. To make a long story short, Harvey’s model had many issues that pushed it back from being completed, so his theme went unused. This is Harvey’s theme if he WAS in ThomToys Universe. It is based on his Mike and Junior theme and has another theme incorporated into it later on. Hope y’all enjoy!
