Church leaders in Virginia are leading the pushback against two midterm ballot initiatives. The “Catholics Vote No” program seeks to raise awareness on why the initiatives, dealing with expanding access to abortion and changing the state’s definition of marriage, are against church teaching. Bishop Michael Burbidge from the Diocese of Arlington reveals the feedback he has received and what he would say to people who think “Catholics Vote No” is political. Plus Pope Leo’s recent trip to France provided many unforgettable images and numerous pleas from the Holy Father to defend life at all stages. A new study says churchgoing couples are far happier than their secular counterparts. Brad Wilcox from the Institute for Family Studies co-wrote the report and goes inside the numbers. Two cities in Germany and the capital of Lithuania hold their marches for life, with thousands of people and several church leaders taking part. Plus the March for Life in the Nation’s Capital reveals its theme, and keynote speaker, for the 2027 rally.
